About The Position
The Product Management Department is seeking a Product Metrics & Analytics Intern to support reliable, recurring product performance reporting. The Intern will help build a consistent dashboard across product lines and services and contribute to a monthly install-base/product metrics report using internal ERP/CRM, Product data, and other information systems.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and data cleanup.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate data into clear, leadership-ready summaries.
Nice To Haves
- SQL or BI tool experience
Responsibilities
- Developing Product Management KPIs across product lines using customer metrics
- Consolidate metrics by product type
- Segmenting units by customer tier
- Building and maintaining a consistent dashboard across product lines and services
- Pulling, reconciling, and validating data from internal ERP/CRM, Product data, and other information systems.
- Documenting metric definitions, assumptions, and data logic.
- Using AI tools to accelerate analysis and drafting while applying a strict “trust and verify” approach for all outputs.
