A day in the life… Create and i mplement merchandising plans to achieve performance goals for a specific brand and/or merchandise category. Deliver product performance results based on strategic goals and budget expectations Define seasonal, annual and multi-year strategies that identify future opportunities and trends that support the merchan dising strategy for the division Execute successful product line presentations that align with customer nee ds. Deliver product performance results based on strategic goals and budget expectations while demonstrating in season agility. Conduct seasonal competitive analysis including recommending updates of brand price bands Hire and supervise an efficient and effective team that meets the needs of each functional area. Coach team through performance feedback, goal-setting and development plans C ollaborate with Brand leadership teams and NMG to achieve brand expectations
