Salesforce is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Lead to help define how Professional Services shows up in the market—from AI and Agentforce to broader, platform-agnostic services that help customers plan, build, and scale with confidence. This role is about clarity and credibility. You’ll help customers understand why Professional Services matters, when to engage, and how our experts help reduce risk, accelerate value, and support real business change. Whether it’s an AI-powered use case, a complex implementation, or long-term transformation, you’ll make sure our story is clear, consistent, and easy to understand. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, GTM, Partners, and Events to turn complex services and delivery concepts into simple messages that land—in customer conversations, seller materials, and on the biggest stages at Salesforce events.
