About the role: We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a critical role in driving revenue by owning major components of Garner’s product marketing agenda, including delivering a best-in-class customer advocacy program and supporting the development of our sales enablement toolkit. You’ll partner closely across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product to deliver world-class enablement tools, customer stories, and buyer-facing programs that help Garner’s solutions stand out. This role will be critical in helping to drive improved close rates and deal velocity for Garner. Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience including experience creating compelling sales enablement collateral and managing customer advocacy or reference programs for clients in B2B SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to distill complexity into clear, motivating messages
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, an entrepreneurial mentality, and a bias for action
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A passion for Garner’s mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant persona and product experience in healthcare benefits and experience working with employer buyers, brokers, or healthcare partners is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale Garner’s customer advocacy program , developing processes to identify, nurture, and activate client champions for webinars, events, and customer reference opportunities
  • Partner across Marketing and Sales to capture customer stories that illustrate Garner’s impact
  • Support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive library of sales and marketing collateral , including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, and toolkits
  • Partner with revenue teams to identify content needs and translate complex healthcare and product concepts into clear, compelling storytelling
  • Execute excellent content production workflows for consistent, efficient delivery of high-quality assets
