About The Position

As a Product Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will be responsible for planning and executing key GTM and launch initiatives to drive business success. You will use your knowledge of product benefits and market fit to clearly articulate our value proposition to the market and our customers. We have an exceptional product with a focused mission and we want everyone to know about them! As a member of our phenomenal Product Marketing Team, you will be asked to understand the product feature set and competitive positioning as you develop innovative and compelling deliverables such as messaging, sales collateral, launch materials and marketing content.

Requirements

  • You have been trained in the Product Marketing or Product Management discipline
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • You have 3+ years of Product Marketing under your belt
  • You have experience with product marketing strategy and execution in high-tech companies, specifically around subscription and/or SaaS/Cloud business models
  • You have experience with all aspects of product marketing including messaging, positioning, competitive research, packaging, content creation, campaign execution, etc.
  • You have experience with data-driven market research and analysis to inform strategy, prioritization, and messaging
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams that span marketing, sales, and product management organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive comprehensive go-to-market strategies that tie to business objectives and lead to business growth
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover market potential and unique messaging opportunities
  • Define and refine our product’s messaging and positioning to drive awareness and demand for our products
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Product Management, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to drive growth and customer success
  • Develop powerful and persuasive sales pitches and compelling assets that showcase our leading HR software products
  • Generate internal momentum with the launch of new products/offerings, and prepare the organization for bringing these products to the market
  • Work closely with product management to provide input on product roadmap based on market feedback and trends
  • Act as a subject matter expert and target audience authority as you support internal teams in achieving their KPIs and business goals
