About The Position

The organization is dedicated to transforming the global movement of money by building a next-generation stablecoin infrastructure and a full-service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating digital dollars seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutions alike. The Product Marketing Manager serves as a critical bridge between the product and the global market. This is a strategic, hands-on role that owns the full customer lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as both a strategist and a trusted advisor, shaping how prospects discover the platform, how new customers are onboarded, and how they scale. This role requires a blend of data-driven insight and creative storytelling to turn complex technical features into compelling narratives that drive measurable growth and long-term adoption.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving key metrics such as product adoption, activation, and retention through strategic marketing and direct customer engagement.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating data-heavy discussions and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical products and infrastructure.
  • Analytical Narrative: Ability to use data to find the "why," tell a compelling story, and provide sharp, actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing precision and the ability to present with empathy and influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: A proactive and organized approach to managing projects, with the ability to bring diverse teams together to achieve common goals.

  • Hybrid Expertise: Experience that blends product marketing with customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Value Proposition Development: Refine the core messaging and translate complex technical product features into clear, compelling narratives that connect solutions to tangible business outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Design and execute end-to-end GTM campaigns for new products and features, managing the process from initial planning through post-launch analysis.
  • Customer Journey Management: Own the post-acquisition communication journey, creating and managing programs focused on onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to key customers, assisting with integration, troubleshooting blockers, and tracking success metrics to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer by utilizing qualitative data (interviews) and quantitative data (product analytics) to identify user needs and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the key connector between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success teams to ensure the entire organization is aligned on product narratives.
