Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing
  • Experience supporting power, electrical, industrial, or infrastructure technology products
  • Demonstrated success leading cross functional teams through product launches and commercialization
  • Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
  • Analytical and organized operator with strong project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in data center, electrical infrastructure, or power distribution markets is a plus
  • Familiarity with stage gate or NPDI processes is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go to market strategy for power distribution products including RPPs, PDUs, BCWs, and related systems
  • Lead new product launches from concept through commercialization, partnering closely with Engineering, Product Development, Operations, and Sales
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to hyperscalers, colocation providers, GPU cloud platforms, and contractors
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market feedback, conducting competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities for differentiation
  • Partner with Sales to deliver enablement tools, training, presentations, and objection handling materials
  • Plan and execute product marketing campaigns, content, and collateral across digital channels, trade shows, and sales touchpoints
  • Define and track KPIs for product performance, launch effectiveness, and campaign impact
  • Lead cross functional stage gate and new product development efforts, ensuring readiness for production and launch
