About The Position

The Product Marketing Manager, HCP Acquisition is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of healthcare practitioner (HCP) acquisition and retention initiatives across the Allergy Research Group ecosystem. This role builds scalable programs that deepen practitioner engagement, expand distributor partnerships, and foster loyalty within the professional channel. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise with business development acumen, driving measurable growth through targeted outreach, sampling, and retention programs that attract new accounts and maximize long-term practitioner value.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B or HCP marketing, ideally within the supplements, wellness, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven success designing and managing acquisition, sampling, and loyalty programs.
  • Experience working with distributor or channel-based sales organizations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to evaluate performance metrics, ROI, and program impact.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation systems.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Adept at managing cross-functional initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full HCP acquisition and retention lifecycle, from targeting and onboarding to engagement, loyalty, and reactivation.
  • Develop and execute the HCP Business Development Playbook, including frameworks, messaging, and enablement tools to drive consistent outreach and conversion across sales and distributor teams.
  • Lead the Sampling Program, including segmentation, offer development, fulfillment coordination, and ROI analysis to encourage practitioner trial and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with distributors to align acquisition campaigns, sampling initiatives, and loyalty programs with shared revenue and engagement objectives.
  • Design and implement the HCP Loyalty Program (future phase), focused on tiered rewards, exclusive education, and retention strategies that enhance lifetime value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Digital teams to deliver a cohesive practitioner experience across email, events, and distributor channels.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize HCP funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and account retention through data-driven insights.
