We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead engagement marketing for the OnePay Family Product. In this role, you’ll own the development and execution of full-funnel marketing strategies that drive activation, usage, and retention through a cross-channel mix of email, push, in-app comm’s, and more. You’ll own the strategy and execution of our engagement programs, champion a test-and-learn mindset, and collaborate closely with Product and Analytics to scale a best-in-class cardholder experience. This is an opportunity to shape how we communicate with millions of customers, from their very first swipe to long-term product loyalty.
