About the team The Product Marketing team at TikTok helps build holistic go-to-market plans across TikTok's eCommerce products. We are responsible for driving full-funnel product education, product adoption, and revenue across TikTok's eCommerce products. This team is the voice of the market and collects, prioritizes, and shares meaningful insights with the product team to shape the future of TikTok's eCommerce products.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or strategy in the creator, e-commerce, or platform domains.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate insights into business impact.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in short-video, and creator economy products preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree in related fields (MBA, computer science)
  • Industry knowledge of eCommerce.
  • Previous marketing asset design experience.
  • B2B marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product marketing strategy for affiliate & creator business within TikTok Shop, partnering with product and operation teams to develop scalable programs that grow Creator and Affiliate business.
  • Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for creator and affiliate products in the US market, ensuring smooth execution and operational readiness across product, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Deeply understand creator and merchant needs through user insights and market research, benchmark competitor and industry trends, and translate findings into actionable business requirements to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Drive product adoption and growth at scale, setting measurable goals, managing launches, and leading cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Ops, and Product teams to achieve performance targets.
