About The Position

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager who loves to create content and is masterful at transforming technical concepts into compelling stories for sales, customers and industry. This role will work with Product Directors across the portfolio to accelerate and execute content strategies that clearly communicate product value and customer benefits for a variety of internal and external mediums. Own content planning and delivery for product marketing—from acquisition campaigns and landing pages to case studies, pitch decks, video scripts, and one‑pagers. Work with the Product Marketing Team to evolve our tone of voice, streamline intake and review workflows, and maintain a searchable repository so teams can quickly access the latest approved materials. Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Central Marketing, and field teams to bring differentiated narratives to market.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience with AI, ERP or Supply Chain preferred.
  • 5+ years in content management or product marketing content; experience in international/matrix organizations preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling; adept at tailoring for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi‑channel content development for product marketing and sales enablement.
  • B2B (or B2B2C) industry experience.
  • Strong organizational skills; experienced managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven success collaborating across functions in a global, deadline‑driven environment.
  • Creative, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation in content marketing; comfortable using insights to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Craft benefit‑led messaging across formats: campaigns, social posts, blog articles, landing pages, case studies, pitch decks, video scripts, one‑pagers, and more.
  • Refine and evolve Aptean’s tone and voice to engage diverse B2B audiences through consistent storytelling.
  • Maintain a centralized, searchable repository of current assets with clear version control.
  • Capture and synthesize customer anecdotes and market insights to inform GTM decisions, product prioritization, and value propositions.
  • Partner with Account Management, Product, Creative, Central Marketing, and Growth/Field teams to maintain consistent messaging and uphold brand standards.
  • Lead a streamlined content review process, engaging Legal and Corporate/Global Comms to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage multiple high‑impact content initiatives simultaneously—meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Own the content calendar, production roadmap, and delivery workflows; keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Establish and run a clear content intake process for PMMs and key stakeholders to enable timely creation.
