About The Position

We’re seeking a product marketer to support go-to-market strategy and execution for Stripe’s agentic commerce solutions, serving both merchants who want to sell across AI agents and businesses turning their products into commerce surfaces. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will own product-level messaging and positioning, create differentiated content for events and presentations, support product launches, and enable sales. Reporting to the Agentic Commerce product marketing lead, you’ll partner with product, strategy & ops, and GTM teams to drive awareness and pipeline in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience
  • Proven track record creating content for live and online events
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits
  • Be able to leverage data to proactively identify opportunities and drive impactful results
  • Be a storyteller. You have deep empathy for users and are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience and differentiate Stripe. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Lead with data. You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated messaging and positioning playbooks for agentic commerce solutions
  • Create high-impact thought leadership content that demonstrates Stripe’s vision for agentic commerce
  • Develop product content for online and in-person events, executive presentations, campaigns, and internal sales enablement assets (pitch decks, FAQs, etc)
  • Support product launches by defining audience segments, crafting launch narratives, coordinating cross-functional readiness, and executing launch activities
  • Work closely with product, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams to build a marketing strategy, with the goal of driving awareness, demand, and usage of our products
  • Enable sales teams to understand the value of our products and competitive solutions
