About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to shape how advanced blockchain technology is positioned and adopted by enterprise and institutional audiences. You will lead the creation of compelling product narratives, go-to-market strategies, and industry-focused marketing programs that clearly communicate the value and business impact of innovative solutions. The position involves close collaboration with product, engineering, business development, and compliance teams, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executives, technical teams, and enterprise buyers. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and the ability to influence stakeholders in highly regulated, fast-evolving markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, enterprise marketing, or solution marketing, ideally in fintech, blockchain infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or financial technology
  • Strong understanding of financial institutions, enterprise buyer behavior, and multi-stakeholder product adoption cycles
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into business outcomes for non-technical executives and regulated industry audiences
  • Experience collaborating with product, sales, business development, and engineering teams
  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for high-stakes audiences, including C-suite executives and regulators
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

  • experience marketing to banks, exchanges, asset managers, payment providers, or financial market infrastructure
  • understanding of zero-knowledge proofs, rollups, tokenization, or blockchain scalability
  • prior work launching B2B or enterprise-grade blockchain products

Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning and messaging that communicates the value of blockchain technology for enterprise and institutional use cases, including tokenization, compliance tools, privacy solutions, and scalable infrastructure
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, launches, and integrations for enterprise-focused products
  • Conduct deep market research on institutional adoption, regulatory trends, and enterprise needs
  • Map buyer personas, decision-making processes, procurement barriers, and pain points in financial and enterprise ecosystems
  • Create high-quality materials for enterprise audiences, including executive briefs, solution one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, and product overviews
  • Build frameworks and enablement resources to support sales, partnership, and solution engineering teams
  • Engage stakeholders at financial institutions, enterprise prospects, and ecosystem partners to ensure messaging resonates with non-crypto-native audiences
  • Define KPIs for institutional adoption and campaign performance, using analytics to refine messaging and prioritize product-market fit
