About The Position

We are looking for an Intern/Co-op for the Fall 2026 semester who can work full-time or part-time onsite, starting in September. They will assist Product Management team with management of MIR processes and provide support on marketing related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accredited technical school or university studying toward an associate/bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Consumer Science preferred.
Clear communicator, motivated and ambitious
Detail oriented with good written communication skills to ensure data integrity.
Proficient in MS Office, preferably Power Point, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Nice To Haves

Project management and product management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Information gathering from marketing, engineering, and other departments as applicable
Entry of gathered data into MIR forms and databases
Follow-up on missing data elements
Verification of gathered information
Complete data entry / import data into Dynamics 365.
Provide Andis.com web support including link verification and identifying missing images and updating products.
Assist in the management and organization of Andis digital assets.
Establish a competitive market analysis database for images that correspond with slide decks.
Assists the Product Marketing team with varied market research, definition of new product scopes, coordination of prototype evaluation and testing at various stages of development, and development of product launch plans.
Provides customer service and sales with support on basic product questions such as product features.
Assists in the creation and management of a field test database.
Makes follow-up phone calls, texts, videos, or messages to Field Test team as well as local shop visits to obtain feedback.
Ships products to the field tester groups, creating UPS shipping labels through the shipping website and preparing/packing product & marketing inclusions into boxes.
