About The Position

Are you looking for an internship that provides real life experience? Phoenix Contact’s IMA AI Corporate Management Team is looking for a Product Marketing Intern to assist with technical product marketing strategies. Our Spring interns work part time. The intern has the possibility to continue the internship into Summer and Fall 2026. What does a typical day look like? Attend a product team huddle to review launches, pricing updates, and competitive trends. Help gather data for PM dashboards and update product-facing materials. Collaborate with Marketing Communications on content formatting. Meet with PLM or Engineering to gather product details for page buildouts. Draft product positioning slides or competitive comparisons. Compile performance reports and update PM templates. Work on e-learning content migration and clean-up tasks. What makes this internship unique? You’ll influence product visibility, not just do admin work. Learn how a global manufacturer launches, positions, and supports products. Work with mentors who guide both technical and marketing strategies. Gain experience in digital content, product lifecycle, and competitive intelligence. Strong pipeline into product marketing specialist or PLM track roles.

Requirements

  • Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Product Management Major
  • Strong PowerPoint and storytelling abilities.
  • Courses in B2B Marketing, Product Management, Market Research Exposure to CMS platforms
  • Web data analytics experience
  • Basic understanding of pricing strategy and competitive assessments.
  • Comfort using AI tools for content creation and research support
  • Must be a current college student
  • Look at a computer screen for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (2-4 hours at a time)
  • Commute to Middletown, PA office
  • Ontime and regular attendance
