About The Position

The Product Marketing and Dealer Support Analyst II plays a key role in advancing Toyo Tires’ commercial dealer support initiatives. This role supports regional dealer events, develops marketing and display materials, and produces content for commercial training programs. It also includes monitoring KPIs, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating cross‑functionally with Sales, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.

Requirements

  • Proactive approach to duties and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from marketing performance data and turn findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams); advanced Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, or similar preferred.
  • Proven initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a demanding environment.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to build credibility and trust with both internal stakeholders and dealer partners.
  • Estimated 25%-30% domestic travel depending on management’s goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Advanced analytics skills in Excel are required. Salesforce CRMA, Tableau, or similar program preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, oversee, and attend commercial dealer events, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Management to deliver a premium brand experience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to produce and deliver event support materials.
  • Collaborate with the manager on display production and updates.
  • Lead production of collateral and point-of-purchase materials.
  • Oversee materials, review content for accuracy, and recommend adjustments for production efficiency.
  • Support Driven program rewards and fulfillment.
  • Manage collateral production of sales kit and rewards materials.
  • Facilitate reporting and rewards fulfillment.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers and Directors of Sales with access and ad hoc requests.
  • Support and monitor training programs to increase participation, learning, and cost efficiencies.
  • Create and support training content and outreach programs.
  • Analyze and generate metric reports for management insights.
  • Establish independent relationships with internal and external staff and dealers to support team goals.
  • Communicate regularly with dealers, internal staff, and external partners in a professional manner.
  • Align marketing operations with company goals.
  • Other duties as assigned, some which may require travel.
