About The Position
Paradise Casino is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Casino Dealer II to join our Table Games team. The ideal candidate will have prior dealing experience, strong knowledge of multiple table games, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience while ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and internal controls. QualificationsUnder the general supervision of the Table Games Floor Person, responsible for dealing a variety of Table Games to include Black Jack, Craps, Roulette and other approved Table Games in accordance with federal, and state regulations; and Company policies, practices, and procedures. Provides guests with excellent service and creates a fun gaming environment.
Requirements
- Six months dealing multiple table games to include Black Jack, Craps and Roulette.
- Will consider Certificate in dealing and/or successfully completion of in-house training program, and audition.
- Must 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Native American preference and/or experience with Native American culture and government preferred.
- Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
