About The Position

Kimley-Horn is looking for a product marketing coordinator to join our firmwide Technology Solutions team! As a Product Marketing Coordinator, you will conduct market research to inform product roadmaps and develop product messaging and support creative strategies to drive customer demand and increase brand awareness for Kimley-Horn’s Technology Solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role with a great opportunity to expand Kimley-Horn’s software business in its next stages of growth. This is an in-office position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, Human-Centered Design, or a similar field
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or event settings
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Client service mentality, strong work ethic, and take-charge attitude
  • Creative, flexible, and results-oriented
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests, and other factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns and product roadmap decisions
  • Develop and deliver on marketing strategies for assigned products
  • Cultivate relationships with internal partners across marketing, development, sales, and practice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Write and edit content for product promotional collateral, including brochures, sales enablement materials, and case studies
  • Translate product features, benefits, and separators into customer-facing messaging
  • Research and document the market landscape and activities of competitors
  • Support, organize, and implement special projects/events to promote products
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned
