In this role, you’ll provide insights that drive go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagement. You’ll gather and analyze data from multiple sources, track competitive benchmarks, and turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights that help shape marketing and product decisions. This role combines analytical expertise with market awareness — perfect for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between data and strategy, and who’s passionate about using insights, automation, and AI-powered tools to influence business growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or product marketing analytics, ideally within a data-driven or insights-focused team.
  • Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product and marketing strategy.
  • Experience with market research and competitive intelligence, including conducting primary and secondary research (surveys, interviews, open-source data collection).
  • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to support cross-functional coordination and workflow management.
  • Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, and Excel) for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data analysis and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives and effectively present insights to non-technical audiences.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with a proactive approach to improving processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Drive insights and enable data-informed decision-making across marketing initiatives. Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from internal systems, customer research, and market sources to uncover trends and opportunities that inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Market and Competitive Research: Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and validate new product concepts. Maintain ongoing competitive benchmarking and market intelligence.
  • Reporting, Automation, and Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Copilot. Leverage Power Automate and other AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and reduce manual data handling. Continuously look for opportunities to incorporate AI into analytics and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
  • Voice of Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify key themes, satisfaction drivers, and unmet needs. Synthesize insights that inform messaging, product positioning, and customer experience improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on projects and workflows managed in Monday.com.
