This role is a high-impact, cross-functional position focused on driving the go-to-market strategy for upmarket customers. The Product Marketer will translate complex platform capabilities into compelling, outcome-focused messaging that resonates with mid-market and enterprise buyers. You will own positioning, sales enablement, content, and demand generation efforts while collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and GTM teams. Success in this position requires balancing strategic vision with tactical execution, influencing stakeholders, and accelerating adoption of new products. You will create frameworks, campaigns, and assets that drive measurable revenue outcomes and strengthen customer engagement. Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing with a focus on upmarket or enterprise B2B SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling, customer-centric narratives and coach others on messaging
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market data to prioritize initiatives and optimize revenue outcomes
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapting quickly to shifting priorities
  • Strong project management, reporting, and communication skills
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials, running campaigns, and supporting GTM initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate product capabilities into actionable marketing and sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market execution for the upmarket segment, creating and executing industry-specific campaigns across verticals such as healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and tech/SaaS
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, and demo guidance
  • Partner with revenue marketing to deliver integrated campaigns that align with the full buyer journey and drive measurable marketing-influenced revenue
  • Own upmarket content and proof strategy, including case studies, customer stories, and vertical-specific messaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify launch opportunities, co-create content, and provide enablement support for new product introductions
  • Build strong relationships with sales leaders to identify friction points, win/loss patterns, and enablement gaps
  • Translate market insights and data into actionable strategies for positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
