The Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning products specifically designed for the accounting and finance sector. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance services and operational efficiency through innovative AI solutions. The Product Manager will also explore generative AI technologies, ensuring alignment with both immediate and long-term strategic goals, while managing product roadmaps and overseeing key AI/ML initiatives.

  • Define and communicate the long-term product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Lead the vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, including new product innovations and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI technologies into product offerings.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and ensure timely product launches.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring functional and performance goals are met.
  • Continuously track and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement feedback loops from customers and internal teams to drive product enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance and security standards are met for all AI/ML products in the finance and accounting domain.
  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the viability and scalability of AI/ML models.
  • Assess the impact of AI/ML products on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML-focused products.
  • Experience managing products in the accounting or finance domain is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with effective communication abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven decision-making skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new AI/ML technologies and concepts.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Notion and GitHub.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and collaboration tools is a plus.
