About The Position

Nooks is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of AI-driven features that enhance the sales workflow for B2B companies. The role involves collaborating with founders and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that automate manual sales tasks, allowing sales representatives to focus on customer engagement and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, UX design, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve sales processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior professional experience in engineering and product management in a hyper-growth tech environment, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tech startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of breaking down complex problems and leading high-impact projects that drive user or revenue growth.
• Strong UX intuitions with the ability to wireframe improved UX flows and collaborate closely with designers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey ideas effectively to various audiences.

• Prior experience launching and iterating on AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with founders and product engineering team to deliver new full stack features across the sales workflow.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on feature requests, user interviews, and issue reports.
• Conduct user research, teach users, and create guides post-launch of new features.
• Translate commercial business needs into technical solutions and scale new features from the ground up.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for product features in collaboration with the design team.
• Understand user frustrations and needs, testing hypotheses to create AI-driven experiences that enhance workflows.
