Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to translate their Product Vision into a strategic backlog of user stories.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and facilitate the successful delivery of solutions by the Software Development team.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product backlog, creating user stories, epics, and features.
  • Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software.
  • Communicate product requirements clearly and effectively to ensure alignment on product development priorities.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify areas for product improvement.
  • Track product performance and analyze key metrics to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Communicate product updates and insights to organizational stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train product team members in Agile methods and build their skills.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of Product Strategy Development experience.
  • 3+ years of Proven Product Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies.

  • Master's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, MBA, or related field.
  • 4+ years of Product Strategy Development experience.
  • 5+ years of Proven Product Management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile Methodologies.
