We are seeking a Product Manager to lead high-impact Energy management product initiatives. In this role, you will set the product direction and strategy, oversee roadmaps for products, and drive innovation. The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering NextEra Analytics' product vision, acting as the interface between the business and development teams, to deliver products that define the future of renewable energy.

• Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities

• Develops models and performs quantitative studies to support many aspects of the business
• Develops or improves simple to moderately complex mathematical models with oversight from Science and Applied Math
• Leads sprint planning and directs the implementation of critical and complex projects involving and impacting multiple business unit stakeholders
• Drives and participates in the evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement efforts
• Develops and executes product roadmaps and strategies consistent with business unit vision
• Provides frequent status updates and presentations, both formal and informal to varying levels of management
• Travels to remote office locations for detailed requirements gathering and major project briefings (expected 10-25% of the time)
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
