About The Position
Enerpac is seeking a highly motivated, Strategic Growth Product Manager to drive portfolio expansion through product and technology partnerships to join our innovation function. Unlike a traditional product management role, this position is primarily focused on identifying new business opportunities through strategic alliances. As a Growth Product Manager, you will act as a business leader, identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships that extend Enerpac's capabilities into new market spaces. You will leverage your product management expertise to assess market needs, define product strategy, drive product development, and ensure the successful commercialization of new solutions. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and external partners to bring innovative solutions to market. This is an impactful role that blends Product Management and Business Development, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of innovation, strategy, technology, and commercialization.
