About The Position

Product Manager – Job Description The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Fanatics Betting & Gaming sportsbook team, where Product and Design work closely together to deliver high-quality, customer-focused betting experiences. As part of one of the fastest-growing sportsbooks in the industry, you’ll contribute to building reliable, intuitive products that customers trust and use every day. In this role, you will work on the Betslip and MyBets experience, two of the most important parts of the sportsbook journey. You’ll help evolve how customers place bets, manage selections, track outcomes, and engage with their betting history. You’ll be responsible for owning and delivering a defined set of initiatives within this area, contributing ideas, shaping requirements, and helping turn product concepts into shipped features. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to real customers, real data, and real business impact. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across UX, Engineering, Data, Trading, and Commercial teams to understand customer behaviour, improve key journeys, and deliver thoughtful, well-executed product enhancements grounded in insight and usage.

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 plus years of experience in Product Management, ideally working on customer-facing digital products.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and Data partners to deliver features end-to-end.
  • A structured, practical problem-solver who can break down complex problems into clear, manageable pieces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas and progress clearly to different audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tangible business impact.
  • This role requires a strong data and technical mindset, with the ability to balance flexibility, performance, reliability, and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the direction of a key area of the sportsbook, helping shape experiences that drive customer value and engagement.
  • Support product discovery work, translating insights into clear requirements and working with teams to deliver initiatives that align with customer needs and company priorities.
  • Help define and track success metrics for your product area, and support regular reporting on performance.
  • Work across teams such as Data, CRM, Commercial, and Platform to help deliver cross-cutting initiatives.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for your area and support stakeholder alignment.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and Customer Support to support smooth delivery and effective launches.
  • Balance longer-term product thinking with day-to-day execution, helping ensure work delivers clear business and customer value.
  • Partner with analytics and engineering to support reliable tracking and performance measurement.
  • Help manage prioritization and sequencing across multiple teams, navigating competing demands.
  • Build strong working relationships across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing, communicating clearly and effectively.
