About The Position

Flywheel Ventures is the division of Flywheel focused on new, innovative investments in high growth Marketplaces. It's an exciting opportunity to be part of a startup environment within a larger company. Success at Flywheel Ventures requires a self-starter who can take a nascent product and service and driving consistent performance. As Product Manager, you will lead the development and optimization of Flywheel's TikTok Shop product, driving growth for brands and merchants by leveraging this massive, engaged user base and dynamic social commerce ecosystem. You will own the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to scale our SaaS ecommerce solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager, with proven experience in social commerce, ideally TikTok Shop.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, social commerce APIs (CRUD, authentication, formats, structure), tools like Swagger, Postman, and OpenAPI, or influencer marketing platforms.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable software products.
  • Deep understanding of influencer sourcing, collaboration and efficiency platforms.
  • Strong data and analytics like SQL or Power BI
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product development best practices and using tools like, Atlassian Confluence and Jira
  • Product Management Artifacts
  • TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, Seller Center, Affiliate and Creator products, and dashboards
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Flywheel's Social Commerce strategy with a focus on TikTok Shop creator management, brand safety and paid media tools.
  • Deeply understand affiliate creator needs, translating insights into scalable product features and solutions that drive efficiency within a highly manual process.
  • Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule; drive agile processes and clear prioritization.
  • Collaborate with design, data, and GTM teams to ensure seamless user experiences and effective product launches.
  • Analyze product performance and user data to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and optimization.
  • Stay up to date on social commerce trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Champion experimentation and rapid iteration to unlock incremental GMV for our clients
