About The Position

Responsibilities: Own end-to-end product management for one or more digital retail products or product enhancements, with full accountability from concept through launch and optimization. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product strategy, positioning, and prioritization in the digital retail landscape. Develop, communicate, and maintain the product and feature roadmap aligned with business goals, customer needs, and technology capabilities. Translate business objectives and customer insights into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories in collaboration with engineering and UX teams. Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks or issues that may impact delivery timelines, product quality, or business goals. Identify, evaluate, and quantify high-growth customer segments; build strong business cases for new initiatives, enhancements, and investments. Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, analytics, sales) to coordinate execution and ensure successful delivery. Own ROI assessment for initiatives, ensuring benefits outweigh costs and outcomes align with strategic priorities. Measure and analyze product performance using key metrics (conversion, engagement, retention, revenue impact), and continuously optimize based on insights. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience across digital touchpoints. Build strong internal relationships to influence priorities, align stakeholders, and drive execution. Perform business and financial analysis, including forecasting, tracking performance, and reporting outcomes to leadership. Stay current on digital retail trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices; engage with vendors and partners where applicable to support product outcomes. Qualification: Minimum relevant experience as a product manager - 8+ yrs Knowledge in Digital retail is mandatory Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 161,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
