Position Mission: Responsible for leading marketing activities for assigned product categories and market segments, driving the design, development, execution and management of product and pricing strategies, programs, and other initiatives to influence company’s success in both USA and Canada Position Performance Measures: Profit Quota Sales Quota Inventory Turnover Quota Market Share Responsibilities: Lead all components of the marketing mix including product, pricing, placement and promotions Lead role in synthesizing insights to develop business cases for new business opportunities Collaborate with other Rayloc departments, vendors, and customer teams to develop strategic growth plans and play a key role in executing on those plans Conduct complex market segment analysis and research to identify key market opportunities. Develop marketing initiatives that enable the successful exploitation of opportunities Support development and execution of measurable integrated marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads including the project plan, alignment of resources and efforts, resolution of issues, and progress reports to management. Perform other duties as needed and assigned Experience, Education, and Abilities: Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing or business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, sales, or product management Previous automotive and/or manufacturing experience preferred Must have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication (written and presentation) and negotiation skills Must be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, results-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task Strong data analysis skills, including advanced-level Excel and Intermediate or better level Access skills Not the right fit?
