About The Position

At Ivim Health, we’re building a new standard for care and wellness—one that’s individualized, accessible, and science-backed. In this role, you’ll help shape that future. Whether you're caring for patients, creating digital experiences, or scaling systems, your work will directly impact lives and improve health outcomes. As our Product Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving the strategy and execution of our direct-to-consumer telehealth platform. You’ll focus on improving the patient journey and ensuring our digital products are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with our mission. At Ivim Health, we’re rewriting the rules of wellness. We deliver truly individualized care through proven clinical approaches, deep empathy, and real-world support. We’re bold, patient-obsessed, and grounded in the belief that clinical care shouldn’t feel cold or impersonal, it should feel like someone finally gets you. That’s what we’re building, and we’re just getting started. If you’re energized by innovation, driven by purpose, and love a remote-first team where ideas (and people) thrive, you’ll fit right in.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing consumer-facing digital products, ideally within telehealth, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in agile/Scrum teams, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, grooming backlogs, and partnering with engineering on delivery.
  • Experience working directly with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, clinical) to ship and iterate on digital products.
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer business models, including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Proficiency with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Productboard, Linear) to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and sprint workflows.
  • Comfort working with data and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, Looker) to define KPIs, analyze performance, and drive data-informed decision making.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable work for engineering teams and to translate technical constraints into clear business implications.
  • You lead with empathy and are passionate about improving access to healthcare and wellness through technology.
  • You think and act like an owner—balancing strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves on the details of user stories, edge cases, and QA.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, building strong relationships and facilitating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely—whether you’re talking with clinicians, engineers, executives, or patients—and can tailor your message to your audience.
  • You’re curious, growth-minded, and comfortable with ambiguity, using experimentation and feedback to learn and iterate quickly.
  • You stay focused and organized in a dynamic, remote-first workplace, proactively managing your time, priorities, and commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and optimization of our patient-facing telehealth platform across key touchpoints from awareness and onboarding to treatment and ongoing care.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, clinical, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that improve the patient experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are easily understood by engineering and design.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog:
  • Continuously refine, size, and prioritize backlog items based on value, risk, dependencies, and effort.
  • Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and ordered so the team always knows what to work on next.
  • Lead key agile ceremonies in partnership with engineering.
  • Accept or reject completed work based on predefined acceptance criteria, ensuring delivered functionality meets quality standards and supports the product vision.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage and iterate on the product roadmap, aligning near-term sprint goals with longer-term strategic outcomes.
  • Analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative inputs, i.e. user research, A/B tests, funnel metrics, NPS, support tickets, to inform decisions and prioritize improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the patient and internal stakeholders, clearly communicating trade-offs and making value-based decisions that balance clinical, technical, and business constraints.
  • Partner with go-to-market, clinical, and operations teams to plan releases, prepare internal enablement (e.g., release notes, FAQs, training materials), and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently about priorities, status, risks, and decisions to leadership and cross-functional partners.
