About The Position

The Product Manager will drive the strategy, development, and adoption of high-value product capabilities in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will transform customer insights, market research, and business priorities into a clear and actionable product roadmap, working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and guide product releases. This role balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring features deliver measurable impact and high adoption. You will act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, fostering alignment and enabling successful product launches. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and collaboration across diverse functions, providing an opportunity to shape the direction and success of the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, product marketing, professional services, systems development, or IT operations
• Proven ability to turn customer insights and market data into actionable product plans
• Experience building integrations with external systems and unifying multiple products into a cohesive platform
• Familiarity with internationalization, translation capabilities, user management, authentication, and authorization
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience in IT Operations domains such as ITSM, PPM, or Asset Management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain product roadmaps that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from customers, focus groups, and research to inform product direction
• Collaborate with engineering to scope, design, estimate, and deliver product features
• Produce clear and actionable product documentation and functional specifications
• Plan, coordinate, and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across teams
• Communicate product plans, updates, and value to internal stakeholders and customers
• Support business process management initiatives and contribute to integration activities such as M&A evaluations
• Assist in pricing strategy development and project management for select initiatives
