About The Position

From creating the home standby generator market category, to our current evolution into an energy technology solutions company, we continue to push new boundaries. Working out of our Waukesha WI HQ, you will be part of a growing team in the area of Load Management within our newly formed Residential Division. In this role you will be working on the advancement and integration of smart breakers as well as the continued integration of other residential products such as the Generac/Ecobee Smart Thermostats. Experience in leading or launching products and commercializing solutions is paramount to the success of the candidate in this role. There could also be some work on end of life planning for other more mature product lines.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Work Experience: 5+ years of professional experience including minimum of 2+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.
• focused on hands-on execution and operational management of a specific product area, laying the groundwork for broader product management responsibilities.

• Work Experience Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product roadmaps for individual product areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features.
• Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis.
