About The Position

Product Manager @ Tilt Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Product Manager to join our Leave Lifecycle Experience team and help us scale our business by owning and evolving the end-to-end leave experience for employees, managers, and HR administrators—from intake through return-to-work. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Product. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • You have experience in the leave of absence industry
  • You have experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
  • You’re skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
  • You collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if you’re not deeply technical yourself
  • You have high levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission
  • You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out
  • You are a comfortable using a lot of systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
  • You are fearlessly flexible and curious; aka you thrive in an environment where we don't have all the answer but are willing to help us figure them out
  • You have experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of the Leave Lifecycle Experience, ensuring solutions are intuitive, compliant, and scalable
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on: Customer needs and real-world leave workflows Business goals and measurable impact Long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and regulatory considerations
  • Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality end-to-end product experiences
  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
  • Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
  • Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
  • Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted
