With over 500 brands on its platform reaching 2 billion people per month, Respondology is modernizing social marketing. We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve our products. This role is for someone who wants real product ownership, meaningful customer impact, and the opportunity to shape how organizations understand and act on social conversation data. You will play a central role in translating customer needs, business priorities, and product strategy into clear, high-impact product improvements. We are looking for an innovative product thinker who is equal parts idea generator and builder. The Product Manager should be fluent in social media ecosystems, translating AI capabilities into real customer value, and turning insights into shipped products. You thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments, enjoy prototyping and validating ideas early, and take pride in owning products from concept through delivery.
