About The Position

We’re looking for a Product Manager who operates at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. In the pace of AI development, forward deployment, and the ability to translate customer needs into product are core to this role. You’ll work directly with customers to understand revenue cycle workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate operational complexity into scalable AI-driven product capabilities. You’ll own both product execution and customer-facing deployment, ensuring what we build delivers measurable impact and scales across the platform.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management or customer-facing product roles (forward deployment, solutions engineering, implementation), ideally in SaaS or healthtech.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Experience building or working with AI-powered products, automation platforms, or agentic workflows.
  • Strong ability to analyze operational processes and translate real-world complexity into scalable product systems, with clear judgment on core product vs. customization or process.
  • Comfort working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders in high-ownership environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to write clear specs and align technical and non-technical teams.
  • Structured thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare operations, medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), or operationally intensive platforms (e.g., logistics, delivery, or enterprise service delivery).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and problem definition to spec writing, design collaboration, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Lead forward deployments with customers to deeply understand workflows, validate assumptions, and drive rapid adoption and measurable impact.
  • Translate complex healthcare and RCM operations into scalable, AI-native workflows and agentic system logic.
  • Partner closely with engineering to scope features, define edge cases, prioritize tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality implementations.
  • Design intuitive user experiences that combine automation, intelligence, and operational clarity.
  • Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform scalability and product strategy.
  • Create clear documentation, process maps, and product specifications that drive alignment and execution.
  • Track timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure smooth internal and external execution and launches.
  • Use deployment insights, product metrics, and user feedback to continuously refine and expand AI agent capabilities.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary & meaningful equity – Be part of an early-stage team and share in the company’s success.
  • Work on a mission-critical problem – Directly impact the lives of physicians and patients, and improve the broken U.S. healthcare payment system.
  • Top-tier team– Work alongside world-class engineers, AI researchers, product leaders, and healthcare experts.
  • Startup culture with stability – Move fast and build innovative tech with the backing of top Silicon Valley investors.
  • Great benefits plan - 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees, with generous coverage for dependents.
  • Lunch/Dinner included – Enjoy daily company-provided meals at no cost, on-site employees only.
  • Gym on site – Stay healthy and active with access to an on-site fitness center at no cost.
