About The Position

The Premium Communications and Engagement Platform Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for Meridian’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Online Chat and text message solutions. This role partners closely with fellow Product Managers/Product Owners, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value across multiple Scrum teams. This position balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution—connecting enterprise priorities to day-to-day product decisions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and clarity across teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role supporting complex, enterprise applications.
  • Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Attention to detail, and accountability for delivering high-quality, reliable user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap and Prioritization Define, prioritize, and manage a roadmap across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment to value, feasibility, and business impact.
  • Author and govern epic hypothesis statements, lean business cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Connect product initiatives to enterprise strategy and business outcomes
  • Customer, Market & Data-Driven Insights Conduct user research and competitive analysis to understand member needs, behaviors, and market dynamics.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement, innovation, and differentiation.
  • Measure product success using KPIs, outcomes-based metrics, and customer feedback, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Program Management, Business Development, Marketing, and other business units to deliver customer and business value.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze, refine, prioritize, and clearly communicate member needs, scope, and requirements.
  • Support coordination across value streams to improve alignment and execution.
  • Communication, Influence & Go-to-Market Clearly communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support day-to-day go-to-market activities in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.
  • Build strong working relationships with leadership, peers, and delivery teams.
  • Conduct training to enables Sales Engineers to demo the solution, and support demos as needed
  • Leadership & Innovation Promote continuous improvement through collaboration with Engineering Management and the Value Management Office (VMO).
  • Take initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creative problem-solving.
  • Adhere to all Meridian corporate policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned; travel as required.

  • Paid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Beginning accrual rate equivalent to 22 days per year.
