The Product Manager will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering the products that power our Partner Banking, consumer, and commercial experiences. This role will manage products built across multiple third-party developers, technology vendors, and internal teams - balancing day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic planning, banking party developers, technology vendors, and internal teams today operational support with long term strategic planning. The position will guide products from concept through launch and ongoing iteration, using data and user insights to inform product decisions and solution design. This role requires strong product delivery fundamentals, the ability to maintain clear documentation, and the judgment to recommend when to use highly manual solutions versus scalable, API first approaches first approaches. The Product Manager will help build and mature our product and project management practices, defining how Seattle Bank delivers modern digital and embedded banking solutions. This position is located in our downtown Seattle office and requires full-time, in-person work.
