About The Position

The Product Manager will play a hands-on role in shaping and delivering the products that power our Partner Banking, consumer, and commercial experiences. This role will manage products built across multiple third-party developers, technology vendors, and internal teams - balancing day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic planning, banking party developers, technology vendors, and internal teams today operational support with long term strategic planning. This position is located in our downtown Seattle office and requires full-time, in-person work.

Requirements

  • Due to the collaborative nature of this position, it requires daily in-person work. After a 90-day training period, this position allows for one day of work from home each week. No exceptions will be granted.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field) or equivalant experience; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other regulated technology environments.
  • Experience managing day-to-day product operations (triage, issue evaluation, requests) alongside roadmap responsibilities.
  • Experience contributing to or building product/project management processes in a growing organization.
  • Strong product delivery skills, with the ability to define problems, prioritize effectively, and drive execution across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to interpret data and user insights to inform product decisions and evaluate solution trade-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery across internal teams and multiple third party developers, vendors, and integration partners.

  • Produce clear, structured product and technical documentation to support solution design, development, testing, and roadmap planning.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, workflows, and integration specifications for engineering and vendor partners.
  • Provide structure and clarity to issue identification, root cause analysis, and ongoing operational support.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, credit, compliance, risk, marketing, and partner teams to deliver high-quality, compliant products.
  • Help build scalable product and project management processes as the organization grows.
  • Support go-to-market planning through coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
