About The Position

Umbrava is a B2B SaaS platform serving the facilities management industry. Our platform supports multi-site retailers, facility managers, and service providers with vendor management, work order lifecycle, dispatch, compliance, preventive maintenance, and more. We serve approximately 10,000 users including enterprise customers, managing complex workflows across maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, store remodels, and small-to-medium construction projects. We are a growing team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, design, customer success, and sales, and is central to how we build and ship product. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to own the product backlog, drive feature delivery from discovery through launch, and serve as the central link between our engineering team, design team, and customer-facing teams. This is not a strategy-only role. You will write user stories, define acceptance criteria, run framing sessions, and be deeply embedded in the day-to-day of building software.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of shipping features end-to-end.
  • Hands-on experience working in agile environments, including writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria and participating in sprint ceremonies.
  • Experience using project management tools at a practitioner level to manage backlogs, write stories, and track delivery.
  • Technically literate with a working understanding of APIs, integrations, and data models.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Sales, Support) to translate feedback into product priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical work into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-paced environment where you wear multiple hats.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vertical SaaS, particularly in facilities management, field service, prop tech, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for reviewing and annotating designs.
  • Jira proficiency.
  • Experience with integration-heavy products (vendor networks, client portals, third-party APIs).

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira, ensuring user stories are well-written with detailed acceptance criteria and are thoughtfully prioritized.
  • Lead collaborative framing sessions with engineering and design to define problems before moving into solution design.
  • Partner with engineering throughout the development cycle to ensure requirements are clear, scope is managed, and delivery stays on track.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure product experiences are user-centric and grounded in real customer workflows.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to triage feature requests and customer feedback, distinguishing patterns from one-off asks, and closing the loop on what is shipping and when.
  • Partner with Sales to understand what is blocking deals, what comes up in competitive situations, and to join prospect calls when deep product questions arise. Help Sales communicate the roadmap confidently.
  • Conduct product and market research, including competitor analysis, to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Define goals, metrics, and success criteria for features to measure product value after launch.
  • Manage the full feature lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring intent and execution stay aligned.
  • Set up and maintain processes for capturing, organizing, and acting on user feedback.
  • Act as the go-to person for anything concerning the product across the organization.

  • Company-paid Group Term Life Insurance
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match
  • Paid vacation, sick/personal time, and floating holidays
