Equitable is looking for a Product Manager for their Individual Annuity Product Solutions & Implementation Team. This position is on the Exceptions Processing team in direct involvement with the field and reports directly to the department’s Team Lead. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
3 years+ of relevant experience.
Understanding of annuity products.
Knowledge of Individual Retirement products in the inforce block.
Established project management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excels at multi-tasking and working in a team environment.
Enjoys and is efficient at attention to detail in a fast-paced, heavy volume environment.
Skills Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Document Management: Knowledge of document management; ability to categorize, integrate, update, document and distribute business information in a secure, effective way.

Products and Services: Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms, including eDox.
Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions.
Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas, and Presentations.
Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process.
Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed.
Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to: Support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation. Typically, this will require working with other areas for specific implementation needs.
Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects.
