About The Position

Wealth's mission is to deliver a revolutionized financial and estate management platform for the modern world. As a Product Manager, this individual will have the unique opportunity to develop Wealth's strategic vision to capture users' needs in a largely untouched market. As a leader within the Product Team, this individual will have ownership to drive deliverables for our key milestones and product launches and is well-positioned to collaborate across divisions to connect our business goals with consumer demand.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product, project management or an equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a fast paced, unstructured environment with a strong sense of self-ownership and accountability
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and draw meaningful insights from data
  • Deep experience with customer-driven innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation and user interview testing
  • Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product strategy
  • A “Founder” mentality - proactive, passionate, resourceful, and results-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development and strategy, including analysis of competitive landscape to inform Wealth's short and long-term impact
  • Scope and prioritize solutions and features based on business needs and Wealth member impact
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market results and optimized resources
  • Gain a deep understanding of the user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to improve the user experience and drive adoption of the platform
  • Drive product launches in partnership with leadership and the marketing team
  • Represent the company with users and potential users, soliciting feedback on products and services, including user interviews and testing
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of our platform and differentiating value proposition
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to tackle problems individually and collaboratively to get to the best outcome
  • Passion for using data, metrics and analysis to inform product development and adoption
