Requirements

• Experience working with project management software application analysis, design or implementation (knowledge of project management principles)
• Proven track record of product management accomplishments and initiatives with demonstrated success in product/services launches
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Experience with large language model based products
• Strong knowledge and exposure to Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of user requirements, identify and fill platform gaps, generate new ideas
• Identify and analyze critical issues related to the service design and promotion of services
• Translate strategy into recommendations and feature definition to address platform opportunities
• Provides direction for enhancements and general development requirements
• Produce / contribute to and maintain collateral – release notes, user guides, service overviews, roadmap communications
• Backlog management and iteration planning: maintaining a well-groomed Backlog according to business value
• Tracks KPIs across each services pod and reports progress to the Flow Platform Director
• Assists in scrum and resource planning
