About The Position

J oin ou r innovative team as a Product Manager and help define the future of telecom technology. At First Orion, you’ll lead product strategy, shape user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful solutions. What you’ll be doing: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define and refine new features and app enhancements Lead roadmap development for A2P messaging products concerned with technical integrations with brands across API and UI solutions Translate business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories Document product specifications in Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) for implementation and tracking Serve as SME to internal teams, partners, and customers for product scope and capabilities Ensure product designs align with technical architecture and business needs Work cross-functionally with client facing to prepare go-to-market and internal training Support pre-sales activity through training and active engagement with existing and prospective customers Lead roadmap development for A2P messaging products What you’ll need: 5–7 years of product management or business analysis experience Proven track record in growing revenue assets through collaboration with sales and go-to-market teams Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in presenting to senior leadership Strong analytical skills; able to translate metrics into insights and action Comfortable with technical discussions and trade-offs in product decisions Highly organized; proven ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong sense of ownership Bonus Points: Previous telecommunications experience Technical aptitude in API and user interface development Experience with marketing and/or sales Company Benefits: Balancing the work-life flow is key to health and happiness! Requirements

  • 5–7 years of product management or business analysis experience
  • Proven track record in growing revenue assets through collaboration with sales and go-to-market teams
