As a Product Manager you will operate at the intersection of customer insight and product execution and focus on delivering high-quality product outcomes through strong backlog ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous discovery. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to help shape and ship meaningful improvements to our B2B SaaS platform. This is an ideal role for a PM who has solid foundational experience and is ready to grow into broader strategic ownership over time.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management (or related roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM).
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS products, both mobile and web
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Good product judgment and structured thinking.
  • Solid technical fluency for a PM (comfortable discussing APIs, system behaviors, constraints).
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • High ownership and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with multi-persona B2B products.
  • Exposure to analytics tools and product metrics.
  • Experience in compliance-heavy or operationally complex domains.
  • Some exposure to B2C or consumer-grade UX patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for your assigned domain.
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead backlog grooming and sprint refinement sessions.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to clarify requirements and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
  • Ensure delivered work meets customer and business needs.
  • Participate in customer interviews and discovery efforts.
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and support trends.
  • Support competitive research and market analysis.
  • Help translate insights into roadmap recommendations.
  • Work closely with Design to create intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Support to understand real-world pain points.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align roadmap with go-to-market needs.
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines clearly across stakeholders.
  • Help refine product processes, documentation, and planning practices.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization.
  • Track product outcomes and learn from shipped features.
