About The Position

Leads product-level initiatives that improve customer outcomes and unit economics validates with experiments and delivers to a predictable cadence.Owns product backlog health and traceability to Definition of Ready/Done and control requirements; ensures audit ready artifacts.Maintains a product discovery backlog proves problem/solution fit and willingness to pay before scaling.Owns the product roadmap sequences features to deliver measurable value and deprecates low value work.Directs squad priorities and handoffs balances hands on work with orchestration to protect flow.Prepares product investment cases monitors benefit realization and cost drivers adjusts scope to stay within guardrails.Owns product OKRs reports progress and adjusts roadmap and bets based on results.Domain SME and trusted advisor to stakeholders clarifies trade offs and drives decisions that advance product goals.Communicates product updates crisp authors PRDs/release notes and presents risk/impact succinctly.Conducts market research to quantify opportunity size and risk integrates findings into product strategy.Aligns design/tech/ops on scope, SLAs, and timelines drives crisp decisions and accountability.Leads a cross-functional squad influences adjacent teams to protect flow and scope.Gives timely feedback to the squad recognizes impact and addresses gaps constructively.Prioritizes the product backlog against outcomes and constraints manages WIP prudently.Creates space for diverse perspectives in decision maki models respectful challenge.Owns a personal learning plan and raises the teams craftthrough sharing and practice.Understands policies and applies them in daytoday leadership and feedback.Attracts strong contributors to the squad and creates growth opportunities.Makes risinformed product decisions documents rationale and mitigations.Maintains a risk log and escalates material issues promptly with context.Builds control requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; confirms approvals before release.Executes required controls on time (e.g., approvals, change records) and retains evidence.Sets the tone in the squad for proactive risk management and learning from incidents.

Requirements

  • Strategic Thinking Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Leadership & People Management Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams. Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Product Management Expertise Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and beyond. Proficiency in backlog management within JIRA. Refining the scope and planning. Experience with product roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and gotomarket strategies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes.
  • Business Acumen Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives.
  • Customer Focus Skilled in gathering and interpreting customer insights and feedback.
  • Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication for executive level presentations and stakeholder updates. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Analytical & Problem Solving Skills Proficiency in data analysis, metrics tracking, and performance measurement.
