How you can make a difference We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and suppport the development and management of our consumer-directed health (CDH) benefit administration services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and consumer-directed health benefits, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare benefits or financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of consumer-directed health benefit programs, regulations, and industry standards is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for your assigned CDH product line(s), ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the CDH benefits landscape.
  • Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.
