Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or a related field plus 3 years of experience.
  • Additionally, requires 3 years of experience in the following:
  • Analytics and translating data into actionable insights
  • Utilizing bug/enhancement tracking systems such as JIRA or similar
  • Conducting product research activities, including stakeholder interviews and surveys
  • Organizing and communicating complex ideas effectively
  • Product management, business analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap and customer value proposition.
  • Document requirements with precision to facilitate seamless implementation by engineering teams.
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decision-making and foster growth.
  • Lead discovery efforts and market research initiatives to identify customer pain points and opportunities for product innovation.
  • Foster collaboration across departments, including business, engineering, marketing, design, and operations, to ensure alignment and cohesion.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of product management.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines as needed.
  • Consider global system performance and scalability to deliver robust and responsive solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business challenges, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
