This Product Manager role is focused on maximizing user adoption and engagement across the Duro PLM platform. You will own high leverage product surfaces and continuously look for opportunities to improve activation, usage, and retention through thoughtful product changes and experimentation. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by adoption metrics, energized by iteration, and persistent about finding small but meaningful improvements that compound over time.

  • Ability to translate complex systems into simple, approachable user experiences
  • Highly data driven with strong product intuition
  • Bias toward action and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and run frequent A/B tests and experiments across onboarding flows, core workflows, and feature discovery. Use experimentation as a primary mechanism for learning and decision making.
  • Build for Scale
  • Design product experiences that perform well for a high volume of daily active users. Balance usability, performance, and reliability while maintaining a fast pace of iteration.
  • Simplify Complex Workflows

  • Leverage Data to Decide
  • Define success metrics, monitor product health, and use quantitative and qualitative data to guide prioritization. Obsess over leading indicators and adoption trends.
  • Partner Closely with Engineering and Design
  • Work hand in hand with engineering and design to ship improvements quickly and safely. Ensure experiments are well scoped, technically sound, and user centered.
