As accountable owners of their product domain, they drive clarity, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Help define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business goals and market opportunities. Build and maintain a data-driven product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and industry trends. Develop business cases and investment proposals, ensuring strategic and financial alignment. Translate market, technology, and AI trends into clear product direction. Engage regularly with customers to deeply understand workflows, needs, and business contexts. Ensure customer value remains central to all product decisions. Champion intuitive, explainable, and user-centric product experiences, particularly for AI-driven features. Own planning and execution for complex, cross-team initiatives, proactively identifying and removing blockers. Set clear success metrics, define KPIs and OKRs, and hold the product team accountable for outcomes. Drive experimentation and learning through hypothesis-driven development. Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investment. Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products. Act as a trusted product and technical partner, ensuring feasibility, quality, and scalability. Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-focused product narratives. Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, clarity, and compelling storytelling. Ensure high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility. Use analytics to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate performance. Support and mentor other product managers, contributing to a high-performing product organisation.
