About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, launch, and ongoing support of our online training products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the e-learning or healthcare industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and timelines
• Communicate product vision and updates to internal stakeholders and external customers
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Work closely with content creators to ensure the development of engaging and effective training materials
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement product launch plans, including marketing and sales strategies
• Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and external customers on product features and updates
