Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a reverse logistics SaaS platform used by major retailers
- Translate complex supply chain workflows into scalable software
- Drive automation across returns processing, refurbishment, and recovery paths
- Work directly with engineering, UX, and operations to ship meaningful product improvements
- Turn fragmented returns data into actionable recovery intelligence
- Help transform returns from a cost center into a recovery engine
- Define how an entire industry runs its returns operations
